Retired Station 63 Fire Tones

Reade Volunteer Fire Company along with all of Cambria County has switched to UHF for emergency dispatching. The old frequency that everyone has known for years will no longer be utilized. Another change that has occured with the new frequencies is the changing of the "tones" that alerted the FireFighter's and EMS of Station 63. As for all FireFighter's, EMS and member's of the community who could be awakened from a deep sleep by the familar "old tones", rest assured they will remain on the home page and forever a piece of our department's history. Below is a list of the new UHF frequencies, all channel's listed in "red" will be the primary channel's Station 63 will operate on.

The FIRE and also EMS tones will be alerted on the FIRE DISPTACH FREQUENCY, Ambulance 63-1 will utize EMS upon answering the call.
